Request of images, its reproduction and reuse

The request of digital copies of the spoil of the Macau Holy House of Mercy for investigation purpose, is made through the submission of a request to our Administrative Services

The petitioner that wishes to reproduce images of the pieces of the Artistic Heritage of this Institution is obliged to consider the fulfilment of copyright, personality rights and others applicable to the reproduced items. Such use also depends upon the prior written consent of the Macau Holy House of Mercy to be granted, or not, after assessment of the request submitted. This procedure and conditions are equally applicable if the aim is to photograph or film the movable or immovable Heritage, in which case, you must also provide a copy to the Macau Holy House of Mercy by the end of that process.

The reuse of images, previously reproduced with the consent of the Macau Holy House of Mercy, for a new publication or act of disclosure, requires a new request for that purpose. The publication of images must always indicate its origins and a copy of the work published must be sent.

Loan of works

The works of the spoil of the Macau Holy House of Mercy are equally available for loan, essentially with the objective of being included in the temporary exhibits where its presentation is considered especially relevant.

The loans must be requested through the submission of a request to the Administrative Services of the Holy House of Mercy, at least with two months of advance, specifying in detail the circumstances in which the work will be presented.
